When planning for an upcoming special occasion, it is wise to follow some practical tips from professional event planners when searching for the ideal location in Cape Town 

It is important to already have an idea of the number of guests that will be invited. Always research any venue well before the actual event. Read every word in the rental agreements before signing. If planning on an outdoor wedding or other occasions, have a backup plan in case of bad weather sometimes is good to have the option for pasta house catering.

Be sure that the space you choose has enough room and seating for your invited guests.
